I heard from My FM 牛车水 having the Disney 花灯会 during Chinese New Year 2009. Daniel and I went to 牛车水 on 07.02.2009 (Saturday) to open our eyes. We never been to 牛车水 before, so we took about an hour to reach the place. 
They were not selling admission ticket but you need to buy the voucher for entry. You can use the voucher to buy souvenir or food. They really good in earning money. You can't go near to take photo. They have put the barrier in front of all the statues and there were guards to chase people who go near them. If you want to have a close photo shoot with the Disney characters, you need to pay for it. They will have professional photographer to take photo and they print for you.

wow... rm 10 just for that?? quite expensive
