Background about the temple
Kindly take note, there is a charges approximately Rp3K (I forget the exact amount) for maintenance of temple. You need to wear proper outfits which means skirts or pants that over knee length. Don't worry, they provide 'sarung' FOC if you have inappropriate outfits.

Fishes here all gigantic
The main attraction here is the long rectangular pool carved of stone, filled with koi and fed by the sacred spring via 12 fountains. Purification starting with offering at the temple, then climb into the main pool to bath and pray. After the whole process, some will collect the holy water in bottles to take home.

There is a market along the way out
I can see many of the locals as well as the tourists came here to pray and bath with the holy water. When we are facing some issues in our life that we can't solve or we want something badly, praying seems a very good idea to calm us down or motivate ourselves to get it. Holy water or not, it's just depends on whether you believe in it or not. There is no right or wrong, as long as what we believe in bring us towards better life and become good people.

Bali is rich in culture and truly a nice place for vacation.
You didn't go and bathe in the pool? =D
@Anne Lee: They are believing in karma, so most of them are quite nice and gentle.
@JunFook: No...I feel the pool very dirty ;P
