Are you a Sushi lover? I'm admit, I love Japanese food especially the raw Sashimi. Thanks to Nuffnang, I have another food tasting at Sakae Sushi at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
The refurnished Sakae Sushi has been shifted to Lower Ground Promenade of 1 Utama Shopping Centre. This new outlet is much more bigger than the previous one with more stylish and unique interior design. We suspect some of the decorations bought from IKEA.
One new thing for this outlet is the touch screen ordering system. You get to 'touch touch' the screen to order the food you want. I think the pictures are clearer than the previous system. So, you won't scare that you order the wrong food from the menu. If you don't like to 'touch touch', you still can get assistance from waiters.

Why I love Japanese food? First, I think the food is healthy because it's less oil and salt. Further, I like to eat fish and seafood. If compare with our local rice, Japanese rice is slightly softer and sticky. Delicious food should have artistry outlook to attract you to eat it, smell is important and finally the taste of the food. This PORK FREE Sakae Sushi restaurant provides you a comfortable setting to enjoy the delicious food. The price is reasonable and you get to eat the 'Air-flown Salmon'.
