On the 3rd day, we started our beautiful day with Tao Heung Dim Sum(稻香点心) at Tsim Sha Tsui. We followed the Hong Konger drink morning tea(饮早茶).

Early early, you only see elder people hang around at the restaurant

The young people in Hong Kong won't hang around in restaurant or on the street on the early morning. Normally you can see just those elder people who has retired. The waitress speaks fast and they expects you to respond them fast as well. We found out the food you order will only be served fast if you give tips. The waitress thought we are tourists and will give fat tips, she quickly took the food we ordered. What a realistic world! Overall, the types of dim sum are slightly different with Malaysia. So, good to give a try. Others common dim sum are just normal. The total bill was HKD107.
