Before I come to Hong Kong, I heard that cost of living in Hong Kong is very high especially food and property. Since this is my first time here, I think we should try some local and popular food. We have our dinner at Choi Kee Restaurant(财记茶餐厅) at Wong Kok.

For your information, every restaurant in Hong Kong, they will serve Chinese Tea once you sit down. You can order ala carte or set menu which include soup of the day and rice. The set cost HKD40.

Creamy soup

葱蒜白菜仔鸡柳

云菜焖芽带鱼

Fried rice
Although I can read Chinese but still need some time to digest the Chinese words on the menu. I think the waitress felt annoying with us because we took quite long time to decide what to eat. After full dinner, we were heading to Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Their advertisements are interesting because all are actors and actress that we know

In the MTR

Mahjong shop is legal and they shows the advantages of playing mahjong in front of the shop.

Nice lighting along the road
