My Penny of View : I always like to watch vampire movie from Chinese vampire until Europe vampire. Vampire is a creature that alive after death and it always have special abilities and very strong. This movie is adapted from Stephenie Meyer's paranormal romance novel. As we know, vampire usually has fair skin and protruding teeth. Vampire only active when the sun goes down. This Movie has become one of the Blockbuster movie of the year. The story start with Bella who has moved from Arizona to the small town of Forks and stay with her father. She falls in love with Edward who is a vampire. In fact, the entire charming Cullen family is made up of vampires who have learned to co-exist peacefully with humans by subsisting off the blood of animals. Bella struggles so much to overcome her fear towards vampire. Finally Bella able to encounter it and Cullen family also accept Bella as part of the family. Every movie must have a bad guy character. The evil vampire tracks Bella and want to suck her blood. Edward able to rescue Bella from the evil vampire. Before the movie end, Bella express her thought that she ready to become vampire but her request reject by Edward.
Like other movie that adapted from novel, you will see the screenwriters tried to squeeze in as much as many elements from the book as possible in a 2 hours movie. This is understandable, as fans have spent years poring over the words and details from all of Meyer’s books. The problem is when they try to pleased the fans, they have sacrificed a logical flow to the story. It was quite boring in the beginning of the movie but it started become exciting when almost come to the end of the movie. Hopefully the next episode will be more exciting and dramatic.
I get to know Robert Pattinson from Harry Porter and the Goblet of Fire. He was playing Cedric Diggory who is a Hufflepuff student two years above Harry. He also a Hufflepuff prefect, the house Quidditch captain and Seeker. He is so charming and handsome. His fair skin very suitable to become vampire.
