My Penny of View : Elise was trailed by police. She received a letter from Alexander Pearce, her lover, about instructions to distract police's attention. Police has no idea how Alexander looks like but they only can follow Elise to catch him. Elise has been instructed to take a train and pick someone who has almost similar physical to make the police believe that man is him. She took a seat beside Frank, an American tourist and Mathematics teacher, and Frank instantly attracted to her. The train arrived at Venice and Elise brought Frank to Hotel Danieli. They have a fine dinner but Elise expressed that she has feelings for another man. On the next day, Elise left the hotel while Franks still asleep. When Frank woke up, two men broke in to the room and wanted to take him go. Frank quickly escaped but caught by Italian cops. What will happen to Frank? Can he escape from the unknown conflict? What is the real identity of Elise?

This movie is a remake of the 2005 French film Anthony Zimmer. The flow of the story was good and the ending is quite out of expectation. I think Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp make an interesting couple. Angelina acted as a mysterious woman with kind heart that unwilling to let the innocent Johnny get involved in the criminal affairs. Angelina try to imitate Barbie Doll's body but she is too thin that make her looks like ET. Meanwhile, Johnny was a guiltless tourist who is suppose to have vacation instead of criminal affairs. He fell in love with the mysterious woman who save him. It was an exciting and fun movie. I'm enjoy the Venice scenery. Hotel Danieli is one of the finest hotel in Venice. I wish I can go there in 2 years time.
