MTV World Stage Concert 2010@Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach

On 31.07.2010 (Saturday), Momo and I went to MTV World Stage Concert 2010 at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. Before that, I was having dilemma of whether want to go alone or how to get another ticket so that I have someone to accompany me. In the end, the power of technology, I able to find someone to trade two normal tickets with my one x zone ticket.

As we knew, we have lineup performers such as Katy Perry, Tokio Hotel, Wonder Girls and Bunkface. Cute MTV VJ Utt and others were hosting the show. It was a wet and cool concert. We were fashionably late to avoid crowd but surprisingly there were many people also arrived late. It was such a long queue to go in. I think probably due to raining and the congested traffic. Momo and I grabbed a chicken burger and 100 plus while lining up to go in.

Overall, it was a great concert because of the great performers. Somehow, the organizer not so considerable. It was raining and we were not allowed to bring umbrella plus they did not prepare enough rain coats for audiences. It also took long time like 45 minutes just to wait for Tokio Hotel and Katy Perry's performance. They said it was due to technical problem but the waiting period was too long. We went back before the concert ended. I heard Wonder Girls showed up in enchore part with Nobody. It still a great show but I hope that the organizer can consider the audience and improve in the coming concert. Enjoy the singing from Katy Perry with Thinking of You.

I'm visiting you for the first time here.

Interesting that you raised the point of providing rain coats for audience. I recalled about attending YTL 50th anniversary celebration, they provided raincoats too! On another note, did the organiser arranged for extension of public transport service time?

@Biopolymath You are rite...organizor must consider audience as audience are the one heat up the event, so muz take care. Now I'm sick becoz of that rain...
