My Penny of View : Woohoo was a traditional tiger dance which practiced in a small village at Kuantan. This dance was performed every 60 years only by people who were born in year of Tiger. The only elder who know how to perform the dance was having health problem. His grandchildren put an advertisement in newspaper to attract people come to the village to help him perform the tiger dance. The advertisement attracted three guys from KL-Ah Beng who was bad-tempered jobless security guard, Ah Huat the Char Kuey Teow hawker and Rain the bankruptcy photographer. Other than them, Alan the son of Ketua Kampung and Bobby the university student also joined the training. They were undergo the tiger dance training with accommodation and food provided. Somehow, the three guys from KL found out that the advertisement was fake and they intended to abandon the training. The elder felt very disappointed because he knew this traditional tiger dance will never show to the people again. How the story going to end? Will tiger dance successfully be perform again?

All the while I'm My FM fans, so definitely I will go support this fully local production movie. I think probably some people will think the standard might not as good as those Hong Kong movie because of the language and acting. Further more, all the actors and actress are either My FM DJ or Astro performers. Anyway, Chinese New Year is around the corner and this movie brought to us the feeling of 'Dong Dong Chiang'. The storyline was easy to follow and you were see the familiar name such as Ah Beng and Ah Lian if you are the fans of 阳光灿烂 from Monday until Friday. The movie consists laughter, touching scene and some real facts-Duit..Duit..Duit..KL people only know duit (in Cantonese). I was enjoyed myself throughout the whole show and it got me excited for Chinese New Year. It was a successful typical local production and big claps to all the actors and actress especially Jack Lim. You can see he really working hard on everything.
