Vintry Damansara@Damansara Heights

On 17.08.2011(Wednesday), the Menjalara gang have belated birthday celebration for Melanie at Vintry Damansara, Damansara Heights. Vintry is an old English word for a place where wine is sold. There are three outlets in Malaysia-Vintry Damansara, Vintry Jaya 33 and Ribs by Vintry.

Here we are

Cozy and comfortable interior

So many wines for you to choose, FYI, the wines are offered at retail shop prices with no high restaurant mark-ups

The wines we choose-E. Guigal Cote du Rhone 07-RM94 and Rymil The Yearling Cab 09-RM98

Photobucket
Roast Pork-RM16 per 100g (It's unlike the 'siu yuk' you always eat, the skin is super crunchy and the meat is juicy)

Photobucket
Caramelised Roast Pork-RM18 (It looks like 'char' siu' from outside but they use caramel to scorch the pork and make it perfect)

Photobucket
BBQ Pork Ribs-RM52 (Delicious BBQ sauce goes well with pork ribs, served with mashed potatoes and coleslaw)

Photobucket
Masala Lamb Cutlets-RM69 (Masala mushroom brown sauce covered the lamb cutlets, served with cubed potatoes and fried asparagus)

Photobucket
Spaghetti Carbonara-RM36 (This is very classic but it's extra creamy)

Photobucket
Chef Pasta-RM36 (This is luscious with Taiwan sausage and mushroom)

Two bottles of wines just nice for a dinner for 7 persons. The pork, environment and wine of your selection absolute matched for evening hang out. I will come again for Lunch Special.
