9th Hospis Malaysia Charity Treasure Hunt 2010

On 24.04.2010(Saturday), Daniel, Eamonn, JC and I joined the 9th Hospis Malaysia Charity Treasure Hunt 2010 from KL to Kuantan. Each participant only pay RM200 for accommodation and food. Eamonn came to pick all of us at 5.15am and I woke up just like a zombie because I too excited the night before and couldn't sleep well.

We followed tulips given drove from KL to Mentakab, then only reached Kuantan. Along the journey, we need to find the answers for the 35 questions given and they were all either signboard of shops or maybe safety signs. You will also need to get five treasures and reach the final platform by 3.45pm. If not, points will be deducted. We were five minutes late and we gave up the final question as well.

After the full dinner, the organizer went through the questions with us. We were getting disappointed from one question to another because almost all wrong but luckily we still able to get some points and we were No.37 out of 48 cars. Not bad for newbie. Photobucket

From the treasure hunt, I learned a lot especially on anagram. It's really interesting and I guess I need to practice more before go for another treasure hunt. It's not easy to become the winner but practice make perfect. I wish to join more treasure hunt in the future. Photobucket
