My Penny of View : I'm curious about the story of Benjamin Button, that's why I stepped into cinema for this almost 3 hours movie. I enjoyed this long movie. It was paced fabulously, didn't waste any time and providing enough breathing space to pause and appreciate the story, the characters, the art direction and to soak in the wonderful cinematography. Brad was very good in handling this character. Physically he is an old man but his mental is growing normally. Due to the obstacles of his health, he speaks slowly and lives like an old man. When he grows younger, the way he speaks is still the same because he has get used to it. We must give a big hand to the advance technology and make up for making the appearance of Benjamin gradually change from old become young. Besides Ben and Daisy's outstanding acting, there are many ensemble supporting casts to prop and pad the central relationship between Ben and Daisy, from parents to friends.

There were a lot of life's lessons throughout the movie. Everyone has its own interesting life story. Through the fate we meet each other and little episodes spice up our life in the ways that you hardly imagine, until you look back and wonder just how much had gone by and how much one had experienced. We must always feel grateful and thankful on whatever we have. Driving a car just like how we manage our life. You must know where you heading and have a far vision. You can speed up when there is no barrier in front of you but you must slow down or even stop when you are unable to move further.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a delightfully fine film with an engaging story about unusual life. It definitely deserves every single one of its 13 nominations in this year's Academy Awards.
